加时Extra time
超过 3 小时或临时加时：$130/小时，$80/半小时（1 人、2 人同价）；21:00 后加时 $160/小时，$100/半小时（半小时起加）。Beyond 3 hours, or extra time on the day: $130 per hour or $80 per half hour (same for 1 or 2 people). After 9pm: $160 per hour or $100 per half hour (half-hour minimum).
按预约时长收费，提前完成也按预约的小时数计算。You pay for the hours booked, even if we finish early.

计时方式How time is charged
超过 10 分钟按半小时收费，超过 30 分钟按一小时收费。Over 10 minutes is charged as half an hour; over 30 minutes as a full hour.
楼梯费Stairs
每层 $10，只收一次（搬出、搬入不重复计算）。$10 per flight of stairs, charged once (not at both ends).
停车与垃圾Parking & rubbish
没有停车位时，需支付师傅的停车费。大件家具等垃圾处理可代办，另外收费。If there's no parking on site, the parking fee is extra. We can take away old furniture and rubbish for an extra charge.

墙面、灯具、天花板、窗纱窗帘、挂钩、空调、室外部分，家具家电（沙发、台灯、储物架等），宠物毛发处理，特殊污渍处理。Walls, light fittings, ceilings, flyscreens and curtains, hooks, air conditioners, outdoor areas, furniture and appliances (sofas, lamps, shelving), pet hair and special stains.

返工说明About the re-clean

怎么预约？要付定金吗？How do I book? Is there a deposit?
在上方填写预约信息后，请再次联系微信客服，客服会与你确认时间和定金，定金金额以客服确认为准，支付定金后即预约成功。Fill in the booking form above, then message our WeChat customer service. We'll confirm the time and the deposit amount with you; your booking is locked in once the deposit is paid.
可以改时间吗？Can I change the date?
预约成功后，提前三天可以免费改一次时间。临近改期需要重新预约，定金扣一半。Yes — you can reschedule once for free if you tell us at least three days ahead. Later changes need a new booking and half the deposit is kept.
提前做完了怎么收费？What if you finish early?
整理收纳、打包、还原、日常清洁按预约的小时数收费，提前完成也按预约时长计算。搬家运输按实际用时计费：超过 10 分钟按半小时，超过 30 分钟按一小时。Organising, packing, unpacking and cleaning are charged for the hours you booked, even if we finish early. Removals are charged on actual time: over 10 minutes counts as half an hour, over 30 minutes as a full hour.
需要自己准备纸箱吗？Do I need my own boxes?
打包物料不包含在服务内，请提前准备好。也可以让我们代买：纸箱 $18/个（10 个起买）、泡沫纸 $18/卷、袋子 $15/个、保鲜膜 $10/卷、胶带 $10/卷。Materials aren't included, so please have them ready — or we can bring them: boxes $18 each (min. 10), bubble wrap $18 a roll, bags $15 each, stretch wrap $10 a roll, tape $10 a roll.
还有哪些可能产生的额外费用？Are there any other costs?
没有停车位时需支付师傅的停车费；搬家楼梯费每层 $10（只收一次）；大件家具和垃圾处理另外收费。下单前可咨询客服了解更多详细报价。Parking fees if there's no parking on site, $10 per flight of stairs for removals (charged once), and rubbish or old furniture disposal. Contact our customer service before you book for a detailed quote.
